21 hours agoIain Clifford Stamp is a British fugitive and sovereign citizen activist who was sentenced to 12 months in prison for contempt of court in July 2025.  He is currently residing in Northern Cyprus to evade the sentence and avoid a criminal investigation by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Authorities describe his activities as exploiting vulnerable, often financially distressed individuals, with reports suggesting his operations generated up to £500,000 per month.  He has been issued a civil restraint order and his assets were frozen by the FCA before he fled the UK.
Matrix Freedom: A "freeman on the land" conspiracy theory scheme that falsely promised clients their mortgages would disappear for a fee. The High Court struck out over 200 claims linked to this scheme, describing the arguments as incoherent and potentially criminal.
US Tax Fraud: His current operation, branded as "The Republic of Old Souls," claims UK citizens are owed millions in IRS refunds based on past mortgage or loan signatures. This involves filing fraudulent Form 1099-OID and other documents, a scheme the IRS identifies as fraud.
