    Mark 1 month ago If the nominee does not pay tax in to the 945 for the sum owed. Might it not be caught out when you file an OID? They pay 24% tax and not paying it could boost profits for them imo.  I hear that they should send you a copy of the OID they submit to IRS re your mortgage for example. Which is a suspicious event that needs reporting via your own OID. Its a bit bizarre that nothing appears itemised. Just bulk payments.
